If you missed ur regular period than do urinary pregnancy test with morning sample.
If result positive and after few days spotting or bleeding than it's not normal period.
If pregnancy test negative and after few days bleeding than it's normal period.

If your pregnancy test is positive then any bleeding that happens is due to pregnancy .it's not menstrual bleeding .needs attention then
