Bleeding not stop after trenaxa injectio

After delivery, second time periods came and heavy bleeding. Dr suggested trenaxa injection for 2 days twice a day and trenaxa tablet twice a day. I have taken 3 injections till now. Bleeding is reduced but not stopped completely. Pls suggest trenaxa completely stopped bleeding or jus reduces it. What should i do

Tranexa will only reduce the flow not stop it U need investigations to find out the reason first rather than a random prescription
