Bleeding in stool

When I stool, sometime fresh bleed occurs. This happens for four to five days in a month. There is no pain, there is no constipation like feeling but yes I have problem of stomatitis in mouth. Please advice me the best treatment without going for any surgery. Thanks.

Hi Few more details needed... Like occult stool or frank bleed.... In case of occult stool its Important to evaluate upper g I bleed... In case of frank bleed you have to undergo examination to look for local cause...
