Bleeding in 13 week pregnancy

I am 13 week pregnant. Yesterday night I feel some leakage having watery consistency and then a drop of blood in urine. Doctor gave me trenexa injection and I have my usg for fetal well being. Reports are attached alongwith. Is there anything serious?

Scan normal. It can be urine infection. Consult online for prescription please.
