Hello, My wife was bleeding in 11th week 3 days pregnancy, then we did Sonography. Results are - Fhr 193 bpm NT 1.3mm Nasal bone visualised No subchorionic bleed seen Internal OS closed Ductus geniuses flow appears normal Cervical length is adequate Both the adnexa are clear Placenta is anterior, grade 1 maturity. From next day, bleeding not seen. Only slight pink or brown discharge visible. This is 3rd day after sonography. Kindly help if this is normal. Thanks.

Bleeding of any sort in pregnancy is not normal. Consultation required for prescription for medicines which will stop it from further happening

Bleeding or spotting in pregnancy is not normal She needs rest n progesterone support

Ultrasound is normal Take complete rest Avoid traveling, heavy activities etc Progesterone support needs to be started

Sir bleeding in 1st trimester is not normal. She will require bed rest and  may require Progesterone support
