Bleeding in 12 weeks pregnancy

My wife had bleeding during 12 weeks pregnancy doctors diagnosed and advised hucog 5000 injection twice a week. Ultrasound was ok so she was discharged after 3 days. Now The problem occurred again after a week. I want to know why is this happening again? Is that something harmful to foetus? Please share your valuable suggestions.. thank you and I shall be highly obliged to you.

She needs to be investigated .any form of hormonal disturbances,deranged sugars can contributed to poor placenatation and bleeding.plz see your gynecologist for complete work up
