Issue is bleeding hemorrhoids and piles and pain also. Please suggest doctor for online treatment and medicine

Sitz bath with betadine solution twice daily Cremaffin ointment to apply locally Duphalac syrup 3 teaspoon at bed time for 3 days to avoid constipation If fever have paracetamol 6 hourly For pain also u can have paracetamol Check CBC
