Bleeding heavily in 6th week of pregnanc

Hi, I am 5 weeks 6 days pregnant as per US test. As per LMp (13th jul) it is more than 6 weeks. I had heavy bleeding yesterday but no pains, cramps. Went for US again yesterday, and baby was still there with 103 fhp. What could be the cause of bleeding? Am I miscarrying? . Also I took ubiphene in this cycle from day 3 for 5 days. I consumed some alcohol on day 2 of my periods? Could that have an impact?

Any bleeding in pregnancy is not good. But if the heart rate is maintained don’t worry. Take rest and I hope you’re on good supportive treatment.
