My gums are bleeding for more than a week, and metallic like taste of mouth. My right side tooth bleed heavily when I use tooth pick on that with a very bad smell thick and sticky discharge

you must visit a dentist as this problem needs to be diagnosed. Your problems seems like chronic gingivitis with pockets. you need to undergo oral prophylaxis
