Bleeding gums

I've been noticing whitish swollen gums occasionally bleeding while brushing around one of the last molar teeth at the back. It's not very painful but definitely sensitive. What it could be?

It could be localized gingivitis. Maintain oral hygiene. Warm saline rinses thrice a day. Visit a local dentist for physical evaluation and treatment (as required).
