Rct doesn't commonly lead to bleeding gums. Bleeding is usually due to gum related infection while rct is related to pulp related infection. Both are which essentially not related except in few cases. Visit a dentist and get a x Ray done to confirm the condition of your RCT. Cleaning of your teeth and gums which is called as oral prophylaxis will solve your problem. Also check for food impaction surrounding the treated tooth.
