I am observing small amount of bleeding inside my nose at regular interval of 4 to 5 hours from yesterday afternoon... I have no pain inside my nose or any congestion... after noticing this, am keeping myself hydrated with right amount of water(more than 3 liters) Still facing the same. Please help...
