Bleeding From Anal Opening

Sometimes my anal opening starts bleeding after the excretion. Is it normal as it happens rarely. I feel nothing painful. And also many times if the excretion is little harder, then after that there is a bulging near the anal gate. It's little painful but it goes eventually. Please help.
