Bleeding during Pregnancy

Pregnancy has been detected yesterday with beta hcg around 11700. But bleeding is there. I took duphaston and fol xr but bleeding is still there. Doctor on practo advised me to take additional trapic and susten 200. Is everything normal or something to worry. I can't go for ultrasound due to lockdown. Please suggest. Shall I continue with these 4 tablet till i physic consult local Gynaecologist . I am not able to consult Gynaecologist locally due to lockdown . Anything need to worry.
