Bleeding during bowel movement

Please advise. I had a fistuletomy surgery 35 days back. In the first 20 days, i was absolutely fine, with no pain, no bleeding. But for the last 10 days, i have noticed blood after bowel movement. Due to fiber intake, i pass stool 3 or 4 times in a day. When i pass stools in the morning, there is no bleeding. But when i pass stools in the evening, i see blood. This has been happening every day for the last 10 days. I met my surgeon, who looked at the wound and said the wound was clean, little blood during motion was normal. But i don't understand why i bleed only in the night and never in the day. How to stop this bleeding?

It's possible that your diet is not enough and might need stool softners to prevent bleeding.. check with your operating surgeon regarding that . Just half tablet of dulcolex might be enough
