Bleeding during 6 weeks pregnancy

I have had miscarriage in July this year ageing 12 weeks. Again I am pregnant but from very beginning of pregnancy I am having light bleeding nd now in 6 th week noticing light tissues coming out. Iam in consultation with a gynaecologist but I want some more advice if the medication and treatment is In right direction and what are the chances of pregnancy to go ahead correctly. Attaching prescription and findings
