Bleeding between periods with back pain

Hi Doctor There is light bleeding between periods after 15 days of my period cycle with back pain. I have been observing this from couple of months. Could you please help me figure out why is it happening? Thank You

Needs to be investigated Get an ultrasound pelvis R u sexually active? If yes a papsmear Perspeclum examination after meeting a dr in person Get ur Thyroid and prolactin levels checked
