Bleeding before 3 4 days of peroids

I'm a student and my age is 20 . I'm to stressed and suffering from a big trauma. I had sex which was protected on 22 march and had no trasmission of sperm too. My peroids cycle is about or 28 days. And Today 28 march i had a little bit of bleeding which was red in color. Why this bleeding.. Plzz help
