Bleeding at the site of tooth extraction

I got my Impacted wisdom tooth extracted. It is 2nd day after extraction. I am experiencing continuous nonstop bleeding.. I revisited my dentist. But he is not taking it seriously at all. Please guide me as soon as possible..

Don't worry it's normal... Just take 2icecream on the site of extraction and apply icepack from outside at the same area... Don't spit the blood... Swallow it inside ... Take medicine after soft diet...

A previous bt ct and inr is required for ruling out any blood disorders. Mechanical compression of extraction site should be given . Dont try to spit swallow all saliva. Intra venous inj of tranexamic acid and oral tab twice a day will help. Dislodgement of clot from extraction site should be prevented
