Get a serum b hcg and usg done to rule out any retained product of conception.... After getting an usg done schedule a consultation with gynaec/ gp....

Hormonal pills may cause irregularities in your menses. On which day did you take the pills? Are you currently still have menses? Is it heavy bleeding? Suffering from abdominal cramps? Need more detail history for proper guidance and medication.
