Hello GM Dr. 30 year old lady with bleeding after every 15 days. Since 2 -3 months. Stomach pain. Plz suggest medicine course for it. Sonography abdomen show PELVIC INFLAMMATORY DISEASE. little fluid in pouch of duglus. Plz suggest medicine.
