Bleeding after Crina Ncr 15 and neg UPT

I had protected intercourse on 19th Feb and periods were due on 15th March but I had severe anxiety and stress from feb 19th and didn't get my periods on march 15th. Went to doctor on 16th march and did UPT which was negative so she prescribed crina ncr 15 mg once daily for 5 days and after 3 days I got bleeding (23rd to 28th march) .. Did UPT again 35 days and 40 days after last intercourse because i was paranoid & had breast tenderness etc and both results was negative. Can't afford beta hcg, should I stop worrying? Can I confirm not pregnant?
