First my wife had ectopic pregnancy during the month of September and now she had miscarriage on 18 December due to which we had to go for her abortion. And now even after a month the bleeding is not stopping ... sometimes it gets stopped and sometimes it again comes with heavy flow. We went for ultra sound due to this problem in which right endometrium came mildly thickened. I have got all her previous documents record.

Was it a medical abortion or it was D&C ? If it was medical abortion , was it done by you by Tele-consultation or done under care of Gynaecologist? Now you have got sonography done. If she has not had D&C done earlier, please request your Gynaecologist to consider that. After that she can be advised medical treatment.
