Blastocyst transfer & hcg level

I had blastocyst transfer on 11th sept, hcg test confirmed pregnancy on 21st sept hcg level it was 117, 24th sept it was 253, on 29th it was 457, it's not doubling every 4 days, Is the pregnancy healthy one ?
