Hi, My neck is getting blackned from both sides and it's looking different from my normal skin tone. I have checked my sugar and thyroid and it's normal. What can be the cause of it and how can I get my original skin color on my neck . It's looking very bad. And I am very tensed because my skin color is fair and it doesn't look good. Plz suggest me some needful.
