Hello, I have small blackish dots on lower leg and feets area with hard itching. Kindly help. I have attached a pic of the same.

It is schambergs disease a kind of purpura. Cause range from certain medication , food items to internal causes Need proper history

It seems to be a purpuric rash. Are you diabetic ? Do you have occupation involved with prolonged standing ? Are there any red spots too ? I would require more photos and detailed evaluation and few blood tests too if needed so that proper treatment can be given to you accordingly.
