I have blackhead, acne, small small dots like allergy all over my face, neck and back. It itches alot. I have sjogren syndrome for which i m taking medicine (Zempred, HCQs, Omega, Calciright, Pilocarpin, folvite, folitrax).

It will be great if you share pictures by online consult. You can have photosensitivity with which you might be developing rash in photoexposed area or freckles.  You apply sunscreen properly Cover your exposed areas with clothes while you go in sun.
