Black vomit in the morning

My mother, 54, has a lot of acidity problem. She had only tea bread for fasting at 4am. So she woke up at 10 with heavy uncontrollable acidity and she did black vomit she got scared seeing it. What's the cause and treatment? Kindly help with medicine also. Thank you. God bless you.

black colored vomiting is due to erosive gastritis which is known to occur in people who are having gastric acidity.Keep watching her .You can give her pantoprazol 40 mg and gelucil syrup 10 ml. If it recurs take her to your doctor for evaluation

That means either her stomach is active and as u said she has severe acidity issues  so just observe her  if persistent vomiting occurs ,u can consult a Gp
