Notice Black swelling on soft palate from last 3days.there is no pain involved.just swelling .plz help me as i am stressing out. Thanks

Kindly provide detailed history. Are you a smoker? Any gastritis problem? Any history of smoke/fumes inhalation? Better to consult an ENT in person for detailed evaluation and clearer view of the pigmentation.
