Am having difficulty passing stool since few weeks now and today I had passed yellow stool in the morning and then in the evening when I went I passed stool it was black. Almost like tar. I am not in India right now and am worried about it. Please suggest. Thank you

Black ( tary) stool suggests bleed in upper gastro-intestinal tract, mostly in stomach.
