Hie...i hav dark black skin mostly on back and shoulders...and now its started on my leg from bottom side..2 years bak .its startred from back ...than its spread on full back...shoulders...chest...and now came on legs also...i consult some doctors abt this...they said that there is no any treatment for this situation.
