Black spots appeared on my hand as a result of squeezing the blotch (or pimple) below shoulder before 1 year. How to treat them?

This looks like amyloidosis. You done need to itch at all and hydrate your skin as much. Most importantly visit your dermatologist or take an online consultation with me with regular follow ups.
