Hello, i am a student of 21years old. I have black spots on my underarms. That's why i should not wear any sleeveless dresses. Cause it is very shameful for me in our society. Please tell me any ointment or creams for spot remove ...... help me please.

Underarm pigmentation usually is associated with insulin resistance. Kindly meet a Dermatologist to understand more about it. Treatment plan may include oral medication plus washes and creams. It will take a few weeks to disappear.
