I Have Noticed The Black Spot In My Ankle Since Last Few Days... It Is Little Scratchy some time, .. no Pain ... No problem... But Still I Am Concern To It... What Is It Because The Skin Over There is Tight In Comparison To Other Ankle... Kindly Guide me... Image Is Attached
