Black patch at back of neck. Skin issue

I have been having this skin problem from past 2 years. There is a black patch on back of my neck. When expose to sunlight it itches a lot.

Consult Now
If possible then share some pictures. So we can give some advice. Till that you can apply Calamine lotion over affected area.
