Black particles in phlegm

I sometimes get black particle in phlegm from nose when I have cold and try to remove it from nose with pressure. Also in routine days sometimes it comes from throat while brushing.I am facing this since almost 5 years. What to do next? Is it anything to worry? FYI.I am not smoking and not living in polluted place.
