I have got multiple dark black dots on my leg just above my ankle. My thumb nail doesnot come properly. Photographs attached. Kindly advise.

Your description may be suggestive of lichen planus, however, I would rather comment after looking at the pics. Alternatively see a qualified dermatologist near you.
