Black heads have to be removed by giving steam, you can get a clean up done and get rid of your black heads but post acne scars needs proper treatment, for that you have to visit a cosmetologist so that it can diagnosed properly what kind of scars you have and suggest accordingly which treatment u need. You can also consult me thru the chat by sending your pictures if u do not have time to visit in person.  Do not use boroplus, use a suitable medicated moisturizer for your skin. Adapalene helps only if u have acne but not just black heads. Do better talk to a doctor and get a proper advise.
