Black dots marks on face.

Hi Doctor, I have Black marks on face and nose area. These are black colour marks spreaded on whole face. It's like 100-150 dots in whole face. Please suggest what to do for this.

Black or brown? Might be freckles or lentigens or lichen planus. Pl show to a dermatologist in person or on line for confirmed diagnosis and prescription medication.
