Dear Doctor, Present issue: I have recently noticed 2 light Ash / Black color spots in my right soft palate and which is there from 2 years no change in it  ( I have old photos of my mouth) and now I am worried as Google is showing mouth CA like sarcomas etc. Symptomps: Nothing except that spots. Health condition: BP Border,No diabetes.. cervical lymphnodes since 4 yrs ( mri,usg& fnac was normal) Attached the spots images for you kind Check. It would be very helpful for me if you check and guide me  further.. First image: green colour image taken 2 yrs before. Second image: red color image taken 1 day before.
