Hi My face has been surrounded with black marks on below my eyes ,and in some part of nose aswell.Iam not sure wheather it's black circle or melasma..can be its treated .what are the medical conditions I have to go through and can be cured by medical products or any treatment is needed.pls advice .I have attached the pic of my face.
