Lot of lifestyle modification needed rather than medications
1) eat small meals
2) do not lie down immediately after taking food, atleast two hours gap between food and sleeping
3) if possible sleep in propped up position
4 ) avoid spicy foods
5) tea coffee beverages
6 ) carbonated drinks
7) add green leafy vegetables and fruits
8) avoid smoking and alcohol if you do
