Is Plastic/Cosmetic surgery possible for brown Birthmarks..I have lots of small Brown Birthmarks on my half side of body.. i m female I concerned about my body deformity.pls give me valuable suggestions.bcoz I have treated lots of time lesser.but there is no effect even had side effect brown marks converted into white scars..dermatologist also said me.might be white scars after treatment..there is no treatment for white scars..I m worryed I have spend lots of money..I want permanent treatment
