Treatment depends on type of birth mark like ... Melanocytic or non melanocytic.Again in melanocytic congenital or acquired. Options include surgical removal, RF removal, laser removal(q switched nd yag, PDL, CO2 etc).so depending on the type of birth mark, depth  and color of the mark and also ur skin type treatment is planned.
