I have birth mark in my four head. I need to removed any treatment for this pls confirm. Whether I need to take any sargical treatment

Hello . The picture is unclear. If the mark is just a black spot , then it can be removed with pigment removal lasers. If the birth mark is raised above the skin (can be felt when you touch it) , then you may require surgical removal of the lesion . Hope this helps .
