Bipolar like symptoms

I read an article and I had experienced all the symptoms stated for Bipolar and ADHD. Primary thing is I can't focus on one work. I'm experiencing racing thoughts with wavering mind. It is severely affecting my work life.

If it's bothering you daily activities... you definitely need to consult a psychiatrist...

remember...lot of time we tend to find similarities between a illness symptoms and what we are experiencing.. not always necessarily that leads to a diagnosis of that disorder.. consult a psychiatrist

Need more clarity like energy level, sleep pattern, mood, anxiety, activity level, appetite, any addiction? Interest in activities and work Interpersonal relationship etc After that we can decide ur diagnosis and management

Hi, ADHD symptoms and bipolar symptoms can overlap hence good assessment by psychiatrist is essential for differential diagnosis. Also 1/5 th of the patient with bipolar can have ADHD as comorbidity
