I've started noticing since 3 years that I'm facing anger issues, extreme mood swings, frustration and irritation. It has increased by now, I feel hopeless and helpless. I keep thinking about self harm, I get suicidal thoughts too. I keep complaining about life and every little thing in life. Not happy with it. What is it? I feel like I have bipolar disorder after I researched on Google. What should I do?
