He can see before 6 months.Now he has no vision. Totally bind. He can reliefs from any surgery or by any process?

It needs to be seen, what is decreasing his vision. If it is cataract, his vision should improve after cataract surgery.If there is some retinal or  corneal problem then may need medical treatment. Please consult an ophthalmologist in clinic
