Please advise the critical of this report at present and future of " CLINICAL PATHOLOGY REPORT". What is the treatment to follow as prevention is better than cure...??? (1)BILIRUBIN DIRECT: 0.40 mg/dl. [Range :0-0.3] (2)BILIRUBIN INDIRECT: 1.4 mg/dl. [Range :0-1.1] (3)BILIRUBIN TOTAL: 1.80 mg/dl. [Range :0.2-1.3]

Consult physician to check why your bilirubins are high. Avoid alcohol,oily food and spiicy food.

Hello.. Well more than the prevention now we need to know why your bilirubin levels are higher than the normal range...it can be pre hepatic cause,hepatic or post hepatic cause...it's better you see a physician once and get yourself evaluated for it....avoid eating oily and fatty and spicy meals...thank you
