Hello..... Minor problems will be there in all surgeries ... There are chances in surgery not side effects, they are called complications.. Even laproscopic surgery can be done in varicocel. Most common complication are bleeding ,infection, ..but Doc will take all necessary precautions ,don't worry ,go for operation.
